Colorado Oral Surgery Group delivers the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Our office will send you a monthly statement if there is a balance due to inform you of the current status of your account. Most insurance companies will respond to a claim within four to six weeks. Please notify our office if your statement does not reflect an insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility, and your prompt remittance will be appreciated.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and MasterCard and Visa. Our office also provides a special financing option through CareCredit. CareCredit offers flexible payment plans with a line of credit dedicated to your healthcare needs and completely separate from other credit cards.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
